- How long does a typical home inspection take?
- Most single-family inspections take 2–4 hours depending on the size and age of the home. We'll give you a specific estimate when you book.
- Do I need to be there for the inspection?
- You're encouraged but not required to attend. Many clients join us for the final walkthrough so we can point out findings in person.
- When will I get the report?
- Always the same day. Most reports are delivered within a few hours of finishing the inspection.
- What's included in a wind mitigation inspection?
- We document roof shape, deck attachment, roof-to-wall connections, opening protection, and more — everything your insurer needs to lower your premium.
